Prices quoted are all inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices exclude packing and carriage costs. All previous deals and promotions will end upon publication of the current catalogue/web site. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Six Point Zero reserves the right to adjust prices if suppliers inform us of price changes at short notice. All prices are quoted without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice.
We will endeavour to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Although certain items may be kept in stock and therefore delivered to you quickly, some of our items may only come on special order from suppliers. As a result normal delivery times may stretch, but will be advised. Postage/freight will be charged upon quotation; such postage costs may be subject to both the size and weight of parcel. There are numerous shipping options available and we will be happy to assess one that meets your needs. Choices may vary from Standard Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery (we will accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the parcel). Goods may also be despatched on services such as Parcelforce or DHL Courier, delivery times may vary. Although all parcels are tracked, insurance may be on request only and will be added to the postage cost. None of these services are a guaranteed delivery; however we know that couriers strive to deliver within the set time advertised.

As we do not stock all items, we cannot predict exactly how long it will take us to get your item to you. We will endeavour to keep you informed as possible on the status of your order and our aim is to get your order shipped to you as fast as possible. Please feel free to contact us before placing an order and we will try our best to give you a delivery time scale based on our suppliers shipping policies and our stock levels. We work this way in order to provide you with a personal service and the ability to offer you a wide range of products at very competitive prices.
You may return any item within 7 days of receipt. We will accept returns if the goods are faulty, however all items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Goods must be in their original condition, contained within their product packaging and then packed in suitable poly bag, box or packaged for transport along with our official returns document and a valid sales receipt. Please be sure to keep this document safe. We do not refund or reimburse postage and packing costs.
Please notify us of your intention to return goods or any problem you have within 5days of receipt of your order. Always notify us via email at email@example.com of any returns before shipping back to us.
We accept no liability for any failure or delay in the re-supply or delivery process to replace any damage or defect goods as any event that has caused this is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control. All goods will be checked before delivery to ensure there is no damage present at our end.
All products are subject to availability. We would like to reserve the right to allow substitute stock with minor style/colour variations to help enable us to supply you with a complete order. Sometimes items may be discontinued by our suppliers or no longer available, though we will endeavour to keep our store current there may be unforeseen circumstances. However, you will be contacted to confirm that you will accept alternative stock. Every effort is taken to recreate each item, but the colour reproduction shown on the website is as accurate as modern resolutions will allow. Six Point Zero is not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
